“I can't say enough about how Kevin helped me in a very difficult situation. I'm a U.S. citizen that was traveling in Alberta for business reasons I struck a deer on the Trans-Canada just east of Medicine Hat and was towed to Elmer & Harold’s. My car was not driveable and I had to get back on the road as quickly as possible. Kevin helped me with the insurance companies and getting a rental car. He arranged to have the rental company pick me up and take me to their office to do the paperwork, he helped me get an accident report from the R.C.M.P. In short, Kevin made this difficult situation a tolerable one. My dog was allowed to be in the office and the whole staff greeted him and worked around him as he napped on the floor in the middle of everything. If you have problems with your vehicle in the Medicine Hat area, go see Kevin at Elmer & Harold’s. Great people, great service!!!”

When I picked it up I noticed a blemish that they missed. The guy at the desk came out and looked at it and scheduled me another appointment to redo the job free of charge. Very happy that they stood behind their work 100% and corrected their error without any complaints. I highly recommend this shop.”
